Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and Soonbuilt, the developer of Mindzilo, based in Pakistan. By creating an account, you agree to them and to our privacy policy. If anything is unclear, please ask us.

Privacy policy

• Mindzilo is made for children up to 16.
• The account holder must be 18 or older and the parent or guardian of the children they add.
• Children use Mindzilo through your account, with your permission.

• You sign in with Google or with a code sent to your email, so keep your email account, your phone and your Settings PIN safe.
• Please keep your details accurate, such as each child’s learning language.
• You are responsible for what happens in your account. If you think someone else is using it, tell us straight away.

• You can add up to 3 children.
• You decide how and when your children use Mindzilo. At first, we suggest sitting nearby for a round or two.
• You can change a child’s details or remove a child at any time.

Mindzilo is free today, and no card is needed. Each child can earn coins from up to 3 rounds a day in each subject.

If we add paid features in the future, we will tell you clearly first. You will never be charged without agreeing.

We work hard to make every question correct and clear. Questions written with AI help are approved by a person. If you spot a mistake, please tell us and we will fix it.

Mindzilo supports children’s learning. It does not replace teachers, and we cannot promise particular results or marks.

Zilo, our AI guide for parents and guardians, is off unless you turn it on. Its suggestions are ideas, not professional advice: Mindzilo is not a doctor, psychologist or counsellor. For worries about your child’s health, wellbeing or safety, please talk to a qualified professional.

The app, its questions, pictures and everything else in Mindzilo belong to us. You are welcome to use them for your family’s learning.

• Children earn coins by learning. They can spend them on avatar items, mini-games and, if you turn on the phone lock, time in the apps you chose.
• Coins have no money value. They cannot be bought, sold, cashed out or moved to another account.
• Coins are erased when you remove a child or delete your account.

• The phone lock is optional and set up by you, on Android only.
• Use it only on your own child’s phone or a shared family phone. You must not use it to monitor anyone else.
• It uses Android’s Accessibility service and, if you choose, Device admin, as our privacy policy describes.
• No lock can stop every workaround, such as safe mode or a factory reset. It helps you; it does not replace your supervision.
• You can turn it off at any time in Family settings, then Phone lock, with your PIN.

Please use Mindzilo as it is meant to be used. You agree not to:

• try to get into someone else’s account;
• copy, change or take apart the app or website, except where the law allows it;
• overload or disrupt Mindzilo, or try to get around its limits;
• use Mindzilo for anything unlawful or harmful.

Joining a class is optional: you add a class code and can remove it at any time. Our team prepares class summaries for the teacher, as our privacy policy describes. Schools working with us may agree further terms with us directly.

We improve Mindzilo all the time, so features may change. Now and then it may pause briefly for maintenance; the children’s app keeps working offline.

If we change these terms, we update the date at the top and tell you by email and in the app before the change applies. If you do not agree, you can delete your account at any time.

You can delete your account whenever you like, in the app or on the website.

If an account is not used for 6 months, we delete it. We email you at 5 months, at least 30 days before. Signing in, or a phone with Mindzilo connecting while online, keeps it.

We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk. Where we can, we will tell you why first and give you the chance to put things right.

We do our best to keep Mindzilo working well and your data safe. Mindzilo is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that are indirect or that we could not reasonably foresee. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If we ever disagree, we would like to sort it out together first, so please write to us.
